Born in the Empire, Andrey was scouted as a covert ops talent at a young age. Separated from his family so early, he did not learn to maintain friendly relationships and grew up rather alone. Despite this, his personality is defined by his blunt and sarcastic manner, to a degree of cruelty when combined with his lack of care for others. Following a mission gone wrong, and being presumed KIA by his superiors, Andrey was nursed back to health by an indigenous people who made their home in Xgieya's densest forests. They taught him their kindness and their fury, sending him back out into the world with a heart and a blade.
Andrey's fate was likely sealed when he accepted a contract in Pjoetrscaer, and subsequently another contract on Venus. With the latter ending in disaster, he chose to accompany Chaos Insurgent Sethopian as they attempted to regain favor with the Insurgency. Unknowingly playing an important role for the activation of their doomsday device, he survived the second Shatter mostly unscathed, and escaped the Insurgency by hiding in the cargo hold of a troop carrier. This however would turn out to be a mistake, as the craft could not withstand the harsh climate it was sent to, and crashed, killing almost all passengers, Andrey included. Fate would not let Andrey succumb to a plane crash however, and he was brought back to life an undetermined amount of time later.
