Fern was raised by the generously wealthy Madero family in the Xgieyan city of Lahtdin. She resented her parents’ wealth and willingness to do whatever it took to stay above others, and spent whatever time she could in the streets of Lahtdin. During a certain night in the city, she got to know her classmate Lily Copal, and the two began dating soon after. However, at the age of 19, Fern’s life was cut short when the Madero mansion was broken into and she was murdered by the trespasser. Except… it wasn’t. Fern awoke in a strange land composed of her memories. By navigating it, she learned that her consciousness was contained within an android body, and with enough effort, she was able to exert some control over that body. Eventually, she was able to gain complete control over the body, and learned that it had been thirty years since she had died. The first thing she did upon learning that information was seek out Lily, and the two were able to reunite. One day, a letter arrived for Fern. (see supplemental)
Fern's human body was 169 cm tall and in good physical shape (as a result of being a member of her school’s wrestling team). She had green eyes and slightly tan white skin. Her hair was naturally dark brown, but she regularly dyed it. Similarly, she changed her haircut frequently, but usually kept her hair on the shorter end. The Hawk android shell that she now occupies is 191 cm tall, and its outer plating, once entirely white, is now a variety of different shades of gray as a result of extensive replacement and repair. Her head has a beak-like protrusion, and her eyes glow blue when active.
