Born to Elias and Pyrrha Locke on Xgieya, Sethopian's life was changed remarkably early on in their time in this world. At 15 years old, their mother was murdered in a government raid, causing the family to spiral into poverty and misery. This ultimately led Seth to take an interest in the offer of a CI recruiter, who had scouted Seth as an easily influenceable target. After that, all semblance of morality vanished from Sethopian, as they began to unquestioningly commit crimes for the Insurgency, escalating to armed intimidation, robbery, and murder. Following deployment during a raid on a temporary Foundation site at Pjoetrscaer, they were separated from the Insurgency and began to bond with a group of mercenaries who happened to be traveling there at the same time. Taking a particular liking to Andrey Nakiya, the pair travelled together after the group split up, taking several gun-for-hire jobs across the system. Sethopian, now a changed person, would fall back into Insurgency lines after unexpectedly being contacted again after a particularly disastrous mission on Venus. Acting as a Captain for a raid group, Seth and their companion would deliver a potent artifact to a CI facility on earth, and in doing so allowed the Insurgency to activate their doomsday device, resulting in an event known as the Second Shatter. Continuing to serve as an Insurgent Captain, Seth was due to lead a reconnaisance mission in the north of Plasstole, but their craft could not withstand the harsh snow storms of the region. Surviving the crash, they would go on to find their friends from Pjoetrscaer and accompanied them to visit the legendary Nikolaus Andverk, saving him from a monster. Parting ways once again with their friends, Sethopian elected to stay with Nikolaus for a while, but would find themselves in mortal peril after waking up just as Nikolaus was yet again kidnapped by an anomaly. With no hesitation, Sethopian followed their new friend into the black goop that had consumed him, landing in a distorted world, alone and with no idea how to escape, let alone save Nikolaus.

Sethopian is 5’7 and 23 years old as of 2265. They have slightly curly long white hair, except for their eyebrows which are black. Their hair is most commonly kept tied behind them in a ponytail. They have dark, almost black eyes, and freckles on their face. It is rare to see them in anything other than a Chaos Insurgency uniform, and occasionally will have a gas mask on as well.
