Heralds are the most powerful avatars a demiurge has, and they typical act as messengers and representatives in the physical world. Heralds are often, though not always, the first avatar a demiurge has chosen, as their time spent studying and harnessing the abilities that their demiurge provides renders them much more capable than avatars that were taken on later.

Known Avatars

• Rattles: It is the herald of Viden, the heretic. It is also the first and so far only android avatar. Unlike most, Rattles does not use its demiurgic abilities frequently, reserving them for dire situations.
• Pax Rapturad: He is the herald of Varnolik, the blind seer. He was trained by the Eternal Storm, a cult that dedicated itself to the study of Varnolik. They succeeded in making him stronger than any avatar before him. However, he is still restricted to abilities related to Sight, as Varnolik's reality altering strength remains locked away.
